River City Community Music Association Incorporated (RCCMA) is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community association that operates Musical Chairs Jazz Band (MCJB). What we collect: When you submit a form on this website, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details (email and phone), instrument, musical experience, and any message you provide. If you make a booking enquiry, we may also collect organisation and event details.
Why we collect it: We collect personal information to respond to enquiries, process expressions of interest for membership, manage bookings, communicate rehearsal and performance information, and maintain basic administrative records.
How we store and protect it: Form submissions are stored via our website or forms provider and may be forwarded to authorised RCCMA or MCJB administrators. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure.
Disclosure: We do not sell personal information. Personal information may be disclosed to service providers who assist with website hosting, forms, or email communications, but only where reasonably necessary to operate our services.
